We recommend that you clean your outdoor kitchen after each use using a bucket of lukewarm water and detergent. Using a sponge, squeeze the water out over the cooking grids and hotplate. Turn the burners on medium and keep the hood closed for 3 minutes. Using this method most of the grime will steam off and it will be easier to remove. The warming racks and flame tamers can be put in the dishwasher making them spotless for their next use. Do not use abrasive materials when cleanin as they can cause scratches.
