Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 kilo potatoes (preferably roseval)
Olive oil Sea salt

Preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes.
2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Cooking:
1. Add the potato wedges to the cast iron pan
with the chicken ± 20 minutes before the
chicken is ready.
2. Drizzle plenty of olive oil over the potatoes
and sprinkle with sea salt.
