Chicken on a can
FOR 4 PEOPLE

Ingredients:
1 chicken 1 can of beer or cola
1 packet of chicken spices

Preparation:
1. Season the chicken with the chicken
spices.
2. Drink half of the beer or cola.
3. Press the chicken over the can with the
legs down.
4. Put in a Grandhall cast iron pan. If you don’t
have one, you can put the chicken in a
roasting tin.
5. Place in the pantry and bake/steam the
chicken in ± 50 à 60 minutes at 200° C. It
is important that you keep the lid closed as
much as possible.
